*Orders will ship within 24 hours of ordering (in most cases that means same day if ordered before 9am PST, but for sure next day if it’s not possible to do same day.
*Rush slots cannot be pre-purchased; it must be added to your order at the time of checkout.
*Rush fees are non-transferable and non-refundable, as usual it’s a flat fee per order larger orders are more likely to be shipped next day! Please note rush order charge doesn't include shipping cost (additional charge).
*If a rush slot is purchased and we do not receive files within 48 hours the rush slot will be cancelled and will not be refunded.
